I understand that communications over the internet are not secure. Although unlikely, it is possible for the information I include in an email to be intercepted and read by other parties besides the person to whom it is addressed. I also understand that Havenly's virtual assistant may coordinate and schedule our phone consult and/or initial session. I give them permission to leave me a message at the phone number and email address provided. Should my therapist(s) of choice not be available, I consent to have my information be shared with another Havenly licensed affiliate therapist or a prelicensed therapist under Havenly supervision who may be able to work with me.
