In-person sessions are currently available, and teletherapy sessions are available online for clients located in California.
How much does a session cost?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes for individual therapy. Sessions vary in price by therapist . We are not on any insurance panels but can provide superbills for Out-of-Network coverage (check with your insurance provider). Sliding scale may be an option depending on availability.

How many sessions will I need?
Therapy is about YOU, so you have the power to say what kind of support you need along the way. You can come in weekly, bi-weekly, monthly - the choice is yours. The number of sessions (and frequency) needed will depend on the intensity of what you’re working on and your support network outside of sessions.
