About

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in supporting parents of "spirited" children, guiding them to stay calm and connected during difficult moments—even when it feels impossible. I also work with adults managing anxiety, helping them regain a sense of freedom and control in their daily lives. Through my work, I help my clients move from feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety, fear, or overwhelm, to embracing themselves and their unique journeys with compassion and confidence. Knowledge is power, but true freedom comes from embracing who you really are.

I’m currently excited about helping others break through their own barriers, and I love incorporating what I’m learning into our work together. You’ll find that I’m a person you can tell anything to—I’ve lost count of how many times someone has said, “I’ve never told anyone this before…”. I feel deeply honored to be a safe space for my clients, holding their stories with care and respect.

Outside of the office, I’m a wife and a mom to two young children. My husband and daughter are both neurodiverse, so I’m particularly passionate about supporting others in navigating neurodivergence in both parenting and partner relationships. My home is loud, fun, and ever-evolving, and I cherish the opportunity to grow alongside my family. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, understanding, and expertise, I’d love to work with you.

What Makes Me Come Alive

I am a lover of learning and growth. You’ll find me exploring new topics and trainings or sitting with a journal and reflecting (usually at a coffee shop). I’m also a lover of the great outdoors and cooking! When I have a day to myself, I’ll find a beautiful place to hike and a fun, new recipe to try for dinner. One day, I’d even hope to create a cookbook!D TEXT…
