Who Havenly Is

We are a collective of helping & healing professionals who are committed to doing our own personal work so that we can be fully present for the people we serve.

As a collective of professionals with our own individual niches & styles, we are dedicated to one passion: to be a community of safe haven where both clients and professionals feel seen, cared for, and empowered to pursue whatever they want in life.

Qualities and attributes we’re looking for in Associates:

  • strongly values and actively nurtures community (a giver as much as being a receiver)

  • wanting to eventually launch into private practice vs. staying as an employee

  • willing to do the legwork in building your future private practice (we provide the guidance and support, but as this will ultimately become your own business upon licensure, you need to build your practice yourself in ways that reflect you!)

  • hungry and committed to grow personally as well as professionally (there's a fine line between the two in private practice - your personal and professional realms WILL influence each other!)

  • open to taking risks as a part of growth - comes with the territory of being an entrepreneur!

 FAQs

  • We do not do a percentage split but a set hourly rate. Client rate is the client's session fee. Clinical pay is what you get paid per clinical hour. Your admin pay covers required staff meetings, supervision times and notes. The rates increase based on every 500 hours of experience. At the moment, we do not offer other benefits, but we would like to explore it down the line. (For the latest rates, please email hello@havenlycounselingcollective.com).

  • You can build your practice to reflect who YOU are and how you work best - you have creative freedom to design your brand, website, and all marketing materials as you see fit, as long as it meets legal and ethical standards.

  • We do NOT subject our supervisees to a non-compete clause, and you can take your clients with you upon launching your own business as a licensed clinician. We want what's in your clients' highest and best interest and also launch your dream business!

  • We cannot guarantee how quickly your practice fills, but we do have an active in-house referral culture and offer ongoing support and training.

As we are a brand new supervision site start-up, things are likely to shift as we find our equilibrium. Nevertheless, we are committed to helping all of our people succeed. 

Those who are in the first supervisee cohort will get more individualized, focused support - we want you to get rewarded for the risk you take and investments you make!
